The City of Victoria, located on majestic Vancouver Island, is blessed with a highly diverse culture. The multitude of differences which paint the tapestry of our community rival the beauty found in our natural surroundings.
We recognize that all cultures are comprised of individuals and that individuals have varying needs and obstacles. Rather than choose to ignore this fact we face it through numerous organizations and programs designed to assist the populace and visitors to our fair city. Victoria is in no way a perfect city, nor is any city, but we endeavoring to better ourselves at every opportunity.
This site exists to improve the exposure of organizations that may lack the finances or time to make themselves as widely known as they might like. It is a component of the Taosphere Community Education Project referred to as CEP.
The CEP is a multi-media education project produced by The Taosphere Education Society with the support of the City of Victoria's Special Projects Grant. Its purpose is to provide cross referenced local community services.
